Are you an experienced Business IT Tester who is looking for a new challenge in a dynamic environment? Then this is your vacancy!
As a Business IT Tester at TAF, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our IT solutions. You will work closely with both the business and IT departments to ensure that our systems and applications meet the highest standards and fully meet our customers needs. Alongside the information analyst, you will be the person within the organisation who knows the entire process from A to Z.


Team
Working hard together with a lot of fun, that is what we do. The IT department consists of around 35 highly motivated colleagues, which are working together into multiple smaller teams. A good atmosphere and sociability is very important within our organisation.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and execute test plans, scenarios and cases
  • Performing functional, user acceptance-, and smoke tests
  • Documenting test results and reporting findings to the project team
  • Accepting test results by the business owner before going live.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues. Your pragmatic approach is key in this.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of IT solutions during the development cycle
  • Proactively contribute to optimising test processes and methodologies.

Profile:

You have at least a relevant bachelor degree, preferably in an IT-related direction

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Business IT Tester
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools (e.g. Selenium, JIRA, TestRail)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum working environments
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing
  • You are not shocked by one of the many sweet treats which are shared in the office
